Sam Owilly is The BOMA Project's Chief Scaling Officer and oversees implementation of multiple donor portfolios including multilateral donors such as USAID. He has managed partnerships under key USAID and USDA programs working with Land O’ Lakes ID, ACDI VOCA, Mercy Corps (MC), ILRI and Smart Regional Consultants (SRC). He also serves on BOMA/ Kenya Board as the Board Secretary. Owilly holds a Masters in Climate Change and Adaptation and Project Planning and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, all from the University of Nairobi.
