Erwin Bulte is a professor of development economics at Wageningen University and a professor of Institutions and Development at Utrecht University. He is also a fellow of the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge and The Oxford Center for the Analysis of Resource Rich Economies at Oxford University. Bulte received his Ph.D. from the Netherlands Network of Economics (NAKE) and Wageningen Agricultural University.
