Presentation: Using Agroenterprise Learning Alliances for Inclusive Value Chain Support

Some goals the Catholic Relief Service want to achieve are providing a bridge between relief and development, linking poor farmers to markets, making smallholder farming more competitive, diversifying between higher volume and value crops, and strengthening access to finance. By achieving these goals, the result should be improved food and financial security.

This presentation is based on AMA Innovation Lab projects for the Poverty Traps Conference. This conference is a gathering point for USAID and other development assistant agencies to connect the poor to economic growth.

This presentation was presented by CRS on February 26, 2009 at Washington, DC.
