This presentation made by B.M. Prasanna and Olaf Erenstein of the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) on November 14th 2019 in Nairobi Kenya describes CIMMYT's success in breeding drought tolerant maize germplasm, and highlights past and continuing research to study the adoption and impacts of these seeds for smallholder farmers.
