Suleiman Asman is a regional director for IPA's country offices and programming in East Africa. He previously served as Country Director for IPA's Kenya office, managing a portfolio of over 28 projects spanning agriculture, education, health, water and sanitation, and finance.

Suleiman has conducted research with professors from the most prestigious universities in the world and led policy-relevant partnerships with some of IPA Kenya's seminal studies, including the mobile money, M-Pesa study and the Multiple Use Water Systems study. Asman came to IPA from a research analyst background with numerous research organizations.
