Savannah Noray is a research fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School's Evidence for Policy Design. She is working on projects related to women’s empowerment in Southeast Asia for professor Rohini Pande and visiting scholar Natalia Rigol. Before joining EPoD, Noray was a research assistant on an AMA Innovation Lab randomized controlled trial to evaluate the development impacts of a Heifer International livestock transfer program. Noray earned her B.A. in economics with a mathematics minor from Hillsdale College and her M.S. in applied economics from Montana State University.
