Bio
              Quentin Stoeffler is a development economist studying issues related to poverty and social protection, mostly in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is currently an assistant professor of economics at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. He previously worked as a post-doctoral scholar with the AMA Innovation Lab at UC Davis. He has collaborated with the World Bank as a consultant since 2011, conducting analyses and providing policy and technical support in Cameroon, Niger and Burkina Faso. His current research focuses on the design and evaluation of poverty alleviation projects through empirical micro-economic studies, particularly on households' productive activities in rural areas, and poverty definition, perception and dynamics.
