Bio
Ghada Elabed is an Agriculture Economist at the Global Engagement unit of the Agriculture and Food Global Practice of the World Bank. Her work spans the areas of agricultural policy, digital agriculture, risk management, and the energy and agriculture nexus.
Ghada earned a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis; an MS in Environmental Economics from École Polytechnique, France; and a B.S in Agronomy from AgrosParisTech, France.
