LeFaso Features Pilot Project to Insure Cotton Crops in Burkina Faso
On May 17, 2018, the Burkina Faso newspaper LeFaso online featured a successful AMA Innovation Lab pilot project to insure cotton crops for small-scale farmer groups. The project was initiated in partnership with a dynamic group of public and private-sector partners, including the local cotton company SOFITEX, banks, insurance companies and others.
